Orders ship for FREE in the US when orders placed are $75 USA dollars or more. Orders ship for FREE to any zip code Alaska all the time!

Flat rate $7.97 shipping charge for orders 0-5 lbs

Flat rate $19.90 shipping charge for orders 5-20lbs 

Shipping fees are non refundable.

We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages by the carrier. Although we are happy to help you track down a package using the carriers GPS tracking/tracing methods of the drivers travel with your package - we are not able to refund/credit/replace your items. We are happy to help start a claim with the carrier. 

All orders placed with The Naked Possum Boutique ship within 1-2 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

All orders ship from our warehouse located in Austin, Texas or Los Angeles, California. 

All orders are supplied a tracking number immediately when shipped. The tracking number and order information is sent to the email supplied during checkout of the order by the customer. *Be sure to check all junk/spam folders as bounced emails can be found in these depending on the mail provider. If you did not receive an email immediately upon placing your order with us, reach out to us at info@nakedpossumboutique.com so that our customer service team can assist you on locating, correcting or changing the email on file.

If you placed an order in error or want to cancel, please reach out to us immediately at info@nakedpossumboutique.com Our warehouse picks and packs in order as received and with a sense of urgency to get all orders out in a fast/timely manner. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to collect or cancel this order.
